The hundredth page and it’s mostly blank?! Am I insane  – or lazy? Talk about missing the moment. Any right minded cartoonist would have made this page EPIC.

But we all know a comic page is only as good as the one that proceeds it and the one that follows, and why the hundredth page is a mostly blank splash while make much more sense in the coming broader context. Particularly in the printed context, which will be happening again soon.

So maybe it’s something of an anti-climax if you have a numbers fixation, but there’s still no reason why you can’t pop open that special jar of pickled herring saved for a special occasion. We did.
